Professional Radon Testing

• With a home inspection = $175.00

We will arrive, place the test and then must return again in a 2-3 day period to pick up the test. We will call to get info on getting in to place the test. All windows must be closed 12 hours prior to start of test and remain closed during test period.

LIMITED Mold Sampling

• With a Home Inspection = $350.00
• W/O Home Inspection = $425.00

Limited Mold Sampling includes: Inspection of up to four areas of concern in the building identified and directed by the client. Up to three samples, lab analysis, and report.

*Additional samples, if warranted, are priced at $75.00 each.

Sewer Scoping w/ Video

Septic Inspection & Sewer Line Scope w/Video

*A licensed plumber will provide the service and the customer will receive a flash drive or Drop Box link to view the sewer video and findings. Charges may vary depending on unusual plumbing drain design and challenges

Water Quality Test

Recommended testing water quality on private water (well) systems

* Bacteria testing only requires 24-36 hour turnaround time.

** Approximate 3-5 day lead time; 72 Hour turn around once laboratory receives sample.
