The above listed inspection Satisfaction Guarantee is available to clients who physically attend the entire inspection. At the end of the inspection, if the client is not completely satisfied with the inspection provided, the inspection fee will be waived and no inspection report shall be issued to the client for that inspection. Once the inspection report is issued to client the inspection fee is non-refundable.
