With each inspection you receive a detailed comprehensive computer-generated report (approx. 20+/- pages) including comments and recommendations and digital photos of problem areas. Reports are usually ready to be delivered within 24 hours and can be accompanied by a thorough explanation of our findings. The inspector encourages buyers to be present for at least part of the inspection.
